US firm Audiowood has taken the plain vanilla Planar with its rectangular plinth and breathed new aesthetic life into it. The Barky Turntable has an Ashwood plinth and adjustable spiked legs. We assume the counterweight is not an optional extra. Thus far available only to American customers, this deck is priced at the equivalent of £830.
